Here you’ll find everything you need to know about my service and a printable form.
I do my best to handle end of life emergencies as soon as I can but if you are having a health emergency with your pet, please contact your closest animal hospital. You will be able to discuss your animal’s problem with the doctor on call, and they can help you determine if a visit is necessary.
In some circumstances, I may refer you and your animal to a specialist who has advanced expertise in areas such as internal medicine or surgery. I am grateful to have several fabulous critical care centers nearby to help me with more challenging or debilitated cases.

- Payment is expected when services are rendered. In order to focus on my patients’ needs, customer service and minimizing costs, I do not bill.
- I accept personal checks and cash only.
- I don’t currently accept payments through debit cards or credit cards but I am looking into changing this in the future.
- Unfortunately, at this time I am unable to accept CareCredit as a form of payment.
